Renovation, repurpose
and extend
A turn key design and construct 19 room boarding house for elderly people at risk of homelessness. An inhouse development specifically sourced and designed for our clients needs. This project was a renovation, repurpose and extension to the Old Windsor fire station.
Ease of access, security, and comfort
The new residents enjoy the ease of access, security, and comfort of the carefully and thoughtfully design and built, fully compliant facility, that has been designed to promote community and a homely feel. This while being very low build cost per m2, robust, low maintenance and energy efficient. The design includes for common internal and outdoor areas with all amenities designed to bring people together and allow for visits from larger groups of friend and family.
