The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of construction projects with the support of our Construction Manager. You’ll be hands-on across authority approvals, design coordination, procurement and subcontractor, supplier and stakeholder management, while keeping projects on time, on budget and aligned with Tower’s approach to construction.
Unlike larger builders where a PM might be spread across several jobs at once, at Tower your focus is your project. That’s a deliberate choice. It means better outcomes for clients and a role where you can genuinely take ownership.
What You’ll Bring
– 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
– A Bachelor of Project Management, Construction Management or similar
– Proven delivery of projects up to $5M
– Experience in Aged Care, Education, Assembly and Residential buildings
– Strong programming, time management and design coordination skills
– Confident stakeholder management and communication
– Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
– A collaborative, team-first mindset
– Ability to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check
– Proficiency with project management software (Cheops, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
